How do I start learning after I sign up?
Start from Grow and begin your first lesson batch. Kanjin will guide you from lessons into reviews automatically. You can adjust your daily lesson pace anytime in Settings.
Where can I update my account settings?
Open Settings to update your name, email preferences, password, time zone, accessibility options, and study pacing controls.
What should I do if I cannot log in?
Check that you are using the correct email and sign-in method. Then try resetting your password. If you still cannot access your account, contact support with the email associated with your account.
